Kimberly Mikesh

I started my career as a biochemist and quickly realized that writing about science—specifically distilling down complex scientific concepts into digestible content, was my superpower.

My start in science nurtured my love for data and analytics, and I honed my marketing skills in the world of early-stage startups (shout out to the $0 marketing budget, IYKYK). In a trial-by-fire environment, I quickly learned how to be creative to get results.

Since 2002 I’ve worked as a brand developer, marketing strategist, social media manager, email manager, and content strategist, to name a few. While my skill set is wide, my passion is marketing that invests in the DTC relationship. I’m skilled at hitting the balance of storytelling and results, education and conversion, and I have a lot of fun doing it.

When I’m not helping brands reach their big marketing goals, you can often find me running along the banks of the Charles River training for my next marathon, or attempting to keep up with two young boys with indefatigable energy for ball sports.
